At Lake State Co., every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lakestate@lakestateco.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once we review your claim, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
