Shipping Policy

Production Time

All Lake State Co. products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Because each item is printed specifically for you, production times may vary slightly during busy seasons or product launches.

Shipping Times (after production)

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at lakestate@lakestateco.com. We will work with our production partner and shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund & Return Policy

Because all Lake State Co. items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, we stand behind the quality of every item we send out.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item (design, size, or product)

  • The print quality is incorrect or significantly flawed

  • The package is lost in transit (after carrier investigation)

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
